Originally from Torrance CA, Chelsea Aganda moved to Selah when she was 5 and graduated from Selah High School in 2008. After high school, she received an AA from YVC and graduated from Perry Technical Institute's Instrumentation program. She then taught instrumentation in California for three years. She moved back to Selah after marrying another Selah grad and having their first child together. They now have two children at home.
Chelsea's first project was crocheting baby blankets and making toys for her own daughter and friends who were also mothers. After seeing how much people enjoyed her creations, she started her small business, A Fox in the Fabric. All of the items that she sells are inspired by her daughter and son. She creates many of things that include; baby blankets, children's clothing, toys, stuffed critters, soaps, crayons, tutus (for kids and adults), cards, pillows, and many other custom creations. Chelsea creates all of her projects from her own patterns and hopes to create a book including all of the patterns she uses.
In her free time, she reads, crochets, sews, colors, paints, writes, and draws, as well as enjoying her family.
