MAKE YOUR OWN PATRIOTIC RING out of an ordinary quarter. $30 gets you instruction and all the necessary tools to do the job. Saturday, February 24, 1 pm to 4 pm. The Host ( Yellow Dog Studios, Tri Cities) will provide the quarter or gold coin for you.

The gold coin makes a thicker band.
